	I was wondering if Cori's connection problem had spread to S. Korea :-) Lol. No, sorry. That one is on my campus's IT staff. They were working on the firewall, without giving me any warning. Sorry for the inconvienence. But I have been talking with them and hopefully we can work out the problem of not being able to connect (ie the aptly named "Cori's Connection Problem"). It seems to be an issue with the DNS server. Also, I'm going to take this opportunity to upgrade to the newest BOINC server and API. Then I can get some work out once everything's back to normal. ____________

	Alright! So as you may have noticed, I upgraded the server! Things look very different. In fact this is the first time I've seen alot of the changes that have been made to the BOINC server as I don't usually visit projects' webpages... Anyways, as there are some changes that I will, in the grand nature of BOINC, discover along the way, let me know if anythings a little funny. Posting here and/or PM-ing me is the best way to get ahold of me. PS now that I have the server back up, I will upgrade my API and then I can issue some work. There's the real test of the server. EDIT: One effect of the upgrade is that all threads may have been marked unread. Sorry. There is however a mark as read button, if you'd like to use that. Note: if you haven't already noticed, I added a field under the "last update time" that tells you who was the last person to reply. You'll notice only "recent" posts have that. That's a decent indicator of newer and less newer post, if that helps. ____________

	I saw WU's. It'll be next week though. I have to recompile everything. I have the linux version going. The problem is I'm only at a windows workstation at the university and since I'm snowed in, it'll be Monday before I get back. But that's on the top of my list. ____________

But I like how much I can control and customize linux. It was made by computer people for computer people. Windows is made ready to go and there's more software for it (though emulation is getting better and more things are becoming open source). ____________
